->Exel-i Deployment Services

In conjunction with the array Value Recovery Services that Exel-i offers, the company has developed a variety of deployment services that our customers utilize on a fixed price, a-la-carte basis, guaranteeing that their programs execute on (or under) budget.

Our customers use these services to achieve common business goals:

  • Acquire deployment expertise and facilities without hiring and capital investment;
  • Forecast deployment expenses by using a “per piece”, fixed cost pricing model;
  • Increase their own regular production capacity without increasing internal staff;
  • Accommodate varying quantities levels of deployment volume, without affecting internal staffing levels;
  • Implementation of web based deployment systems without incurring development or system maintenance costs; and
  • Warehousing and safekeeping of material, without incurring long-term lease costs.

For over a decade, Exel-i has helped our customers achieve these goals by providing the technical and administrative support staff, best practices, standard and custom packaging systems, technical services, web-based order management systems, and material handling necessary to execute and manage small and large deployments, from 100 to 10,000 units or more.
